Dinosaur, a rolling pin and celery
8 Dec
I saw this at the grocery store:

It reminded me of the yummy ribs that we’d used to eat in upstate New York! The Dinosaur sauce has a deep habernano spicy smokiness to it, which I looove.
So….
Can you guess what I made?
I will give you some hints.
It involves rolling:

Go here for the dough recipe!
And cooking some chicken (with sake):

And adding mozzarella cheese + sauce (still don’t have a cheese grate):

And a very hot oven (425 F preheated for at least an hour):

And some celery after the fact, to retain crunchiness:

And some blue cheese dressing for dipping:

This is my interpretation of a buffalo chicken pizza. I flash froze the rest for later.
Since one packet of yeast yields two pizzas, I have another ball of dough waiting for me in the freezer.
What kind of pizza should I make next?
