		<description>Delicious! I like to poach chicken, too, but since I usually have bone-in chicken I sear it, then put a few vegetables and garlic along with 1/2 cup of liquid, plus any aromatics and salt, then let it poach. It gives you a concentrated broth this way.

Cold sesame noodles is always a favorite of mine, and I like the flavorings in the chicken salad.</description>
