Recipe: Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Whether you like to celebrate Valentine’s Day or think it’s a silly over-commercialized holiday, I’ll bet you wouldn’t complain if someone gave you dark chocolate covered strawberries.
Better yet, why not brighten someone’s day with this, even if it’s not on the 14th of this month? After all, shouldn’t our loved ones know how we feel about them?
I melted some good quality dark chocolate, added some coconut oil to get the chocolate to form a hard shell. But if that is intimidating, then feel free to use candy melts.
